Taste Of Tuscany Pre: Co: Explore Tuscany through its traditional healthy and simply elegant dishes, using the freshest of ingredients and classic techniques. Create a bread soup, Tuscan bean soup, Panzanella (Italian bread salad) and Cacciucco (a traditional fish and tomato soup). Amaze your guests with such traditional dishes as Tuscan roasted pork, and cod simmered in wine and saffron and others. A perishables fee of $55 is payable to the instructor at the first class.
