New! Puff Pastry Hors D'oeuvres Pre: Co: Add an interesting variety of small bites to your party repertoire. Focus on handling puff pastry. Plan cover preparation, quantities, and storing in advance. Prepare hot and cold dips, hot cheese spread, home- made breadsticks, wonton crisps, baked tortillas and pita crisps. Prepare puff pastry hors d'oeuvres including crab puffs; brie, apple and almond tarts; and basil and smoked Gouda tidbits. A perishables fee of $26 is payable to the instructor at the first class.
