Description:
Students will explore visual literacy’s impact on the learning process when integrating digital media with educational curriculum and discover pedagogical considerations for using multimedia to stimulate inquiry, creativity, and higher-order thinking. Students will examine pre-production classroom practices, video editing, web-based resources, content materials, distribution methods, and criteria for evaluating student work. Use of technology is required. This course is aligned with state and national standards. Lecture/Lab Hours: Two hours per week
