The course will cover the European Union, the Former Soviet Union, MERCORSUR, and Southeast Asia. The course will focus briefly on the historical development, the current situation, and the future outlook of the food and agriculture sector. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to evaluate the comparative advantage of the United States in the production of food and fiber.
