Description:

Designed to give History majors applied history experiences in museums, historical societies, historical sites, or other venues approved by the History Department chair. May be taken only by History majors. Prerequisite: 15 semester credit hours of upper-division course work in History; adjusted gpa of 3.0; gpa of 3.0 in History courses; approval of department chair and supervisor at internship site. Maximum of 3 credit hours may apply toward required 24 hours upper-division course work in History; up to 6 hours of internship may apply toward electives.
