Ths courses provides an overview of supply chain information systems and the critical role that these systems play in the ability of firms to reduce costs and increase the responsiveness of their supply chain. The value and competitive advantage of integrated supply chain management systems will be stressed along with the importance of enterprise resource planning, supply chain planning, warehouse management, and network modeling systems. SAP's SCM solutions and roadmap will be featured and emerging technologies capable of transforming supply chain operations and management will be explored.
