This course will provide students with hands-on experience in creating advanced business applications using spreadsheet and database management system (DBMS) tools. Advanced topics in word-processing and presentation tools will also be explored. Students will complete weekly projects with an emphasis on comprehensive applications of software to specific business applications and problem solving in various business discliplines including quantitave methods, finance, marketing, logistics, accounting, and other relevant applications in business. Students will be expected to successfully complete the practice exam version of the Microsoft Certification Exams in Excel and Access. Reserved for Honors students.
