This course explores the role of the educational leader in building school and community relations, emphasizing the need to involve diverse community stakeholders in the development of effective schools. Applications addressed are interpreting policy, identifying needs, setting goals and objectives, planning programs understanding school constituencies, and selecting appropriate communication tools.
