Topics include: issues related to sustainable development, environmental impact of land development and construction, the historical context for land use planning and environmental regulation, specific regulations affecting developers and construction managers, the process and players involved in the environmental review of developments, and practical and modern methods for construction managers to prevent or minimize the negative impacts of construction and land development.
