The purpose of this clinical course is to provide an environment in which Gerontological Nurse Practitioner/Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner students have the opportunity to become proficient at obtaining, recording, and analyzing a systematic health history and advanced physical examination of older adults. The focus is refinement of cognitive and clinical skills needed to provide comprehensive health assessments of older adults.
