SPED 501 -- Foundations in Autism (3) This course will address the identification and needs of students with Autism and related spectrum disorders and ongoing assessment techniques for the purposes of designing apprpriate teaching strategies and monitoring student progress. It will emphasize exploration of the four main domains of ASD in order to build a successful foundational understanding of the student with autism. Taught Fall only.
