This course polishes foundation military skills, providing the technical background to support leadership of infantry-style units. Cadets rotate frequently through evaluated leadership positions and experience broader spans of control. Classroom instruction is augmented by a leadership laboratory, intensive physical training, and more frequent weekend field training. Prerequisite: Successful Basic Course completion or placement credit.
