This course will prepare students to take and pass the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Exam. Students will demonstrate knowledge of project management terms and techniques including the triple constraint of project management, knowledge areas and process groups, and the project life cycle. Students will also develop an appreciation for the importance of good project management.
