This course is intended to address large scale projects. Topics covered will include: project planning, organization, budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, control, auditing, termination, and lessons learned. Upon successful completion of this course a student will be able to: Prepare a project plan; Identify necessary human, physical, and financial resources; Assess potential impact of the project; Manage the project implementation process; Monitor project progress, making necessary mid-course adjustments; Evaluate project success; Maintain the project beyond the completion of the initial implementation stage.
