This course enables the student to examine, analyze and resolve a contemporary issue facing parish management utilizing those skills acquired earlier in this program. Students will be required to select a topic, perform basic research at the primary and secondary levels, analyze their findings, recommend a resolution and present the findings and resolution in a written paper with an oral summation at the end of the course. Students choose two electives from among the following list of courses based upon their professional and academic background. (For example, students with a strong background in theology would be guided to select electives that would enhance their administrative and managerial strength, while students with a strong background in administration would be guided to select electives that would enhance their theological understanding.)
