Topics covered here include: overseeing building and grounds maintenance, providing security, developing disaster response plans, and conducting property risk assessments. Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: Create routine building and grounds maintenance plans; Prepare master inventory asset listings; Develop disaster response plans; Conduct property risk assessments; Assess and address security exposures.
