This course offers an introduction to the federal law dealing with discrimination in the employment context because of one's race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability. The course is designed to explore both the meaning of, and proof of, employment discrimination under Title VII, as amended, the Equal Pay Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and other antidiscrimination statues.
