Topics covered include the nature of the kinds of agency relationship, the parties to an agency relationship, the rights and liabilities of those parties, the rights and liabilities of those affected by an agency relationship, and other concepts (such as vicarious liability, authority, and ratification) that are central to an understanding of agency.
