An advanced course involving the application of partnership, corporation, securities and tax law in the analysis and solution of factual business problems such as selection of the business entity, organization of a corporation, redemption of stock, liquidation and dissolution of a corporation, purchase and sale of a business, and acquisition of a corporation by merger or purchase of stock or assets. The course will stress planning and counseling. Prerequisite: Basic Federal Income Taxation
