This course will cover numerous medical-legal and forensic scientific issues and problems of timely interest and concern to attorneys. These matters will relate to civil and criminal litigation as well as workmen=s compensations cases, governmental agencies, and health care institutions. Personal injury lawsuits, particularly medical malpractice, and products liability cases involving scientific issues will be emphasized. Visit(s) to a nearby hospital will be included.
