This seminar is limited to up to 8 students who have demonstrated a high degree of excellence and interest in criminal law. Each student will be assigned a facet of Pennsylvania criminal procedure and will be required to conduct extensive research and drafting of an authoritative piece in the area, with a view to the publication on an Annual Review of criminal procedure in the Commonwealth.
