This course discusses the use of web service APIs and Rich Internet Application platforms and libraries such as Flex, Air and JQuery to build next-generation web pages. Topics such as Twitter, Google Maps, Flickr, and AJAX will be explored. The students will build pages aggregating information from various web services and explore new mashup techniques.
