This clinical course provides students with opportunities, under the direct supervision of a certified athletic trainer, to apply the knowledge and clinical skills developed and evaluated in the classroom to the athlete/patient populations at local high school and college/university clinical affiliated sites. Students are required to participate in a maximum of 15 hours/week of clinical experiences under the direct supervision of a certified athletic trainer in accordance with the departmental guidelines. This course is graded on an Honor/Pass/Fail basis.
