TV Newsroom Operations: Students function as newsroom "employees" in producing a television newscast. Students receive experience in EVERY POSITION in a working newsroom: Reporter/Anchor, Photojournalist/Videographer, Editor, Assignment Editor, Writer, Camera Operator, Audio Operator, Playback, Control Room Director, Technical Director. Students produce regularly-scheduled newscast as the result of their work in the field and in the studio. Pre-req JMA 271 and JMA 351.
