Into to the body bar is a resistance training course which will primarily use the body bar to increase muscular strength and muscular endurance. The class participants will learn several different exercises using the body bar and how to incorporate it into functional fitness or training. Students will learn about functional mobility as well as the anatomy used during the specific exercises. This class will also teach the student how to multi-task using different body parts at the same time. Class will consist of a warm up, the work out and a cool down as well as stretching for the muscles used.
