This course addresses issues that are the cornerstone to college rediness. Using Arthur Chickering's Theory of student development as a frameword, students will examine the first three vector's of student success, identify ways to use this information to enhance college readiness, and create goals for continuing growth and development in these three areas. Using the On Course language of responsibility, students will learn the importace of accepting responsibility for their college readiness, the difference between Victim and Creator thinking, and develop self-management techniques to help them achieve their goals.
