Students will study the mechanisms leading to normal immunity, allergies, autoimmunity and chronic inflammation. Students learn invaluable career laboratory skills sought by biomanufacturing and science reasearch labs. These skills include using standard operationg procedures, good laboratory practices, and keeping a laboratory notebook. Prerequisite: High School AP Biology or BIO 1570 or BIO 2510 or Intro Biotechnology. Eligibility: ENG 1510 reading score 80+ Campus and term: J occasionally; C occasionally
