Description:
Through extensive readings, screenings, lectures, and focused projects, students will examine the total concept of motion picture directing as a visionary process, as well as practical one. Completion of several intensive directing projects, as well as participation in a group project, is required. Critiques of individual results, as well as written and oral analysis will foster creative inquiry to compliment the instrumental course content. Prerequisites: CNPH11100 or CNPH11000. 4 credits.
