Description:
Through a series of lectures, demonstrations, creative analysis, and hands-on experience, students will acquire an advanced knowledge of motion picture editing techniques and tools. Students will employ individually conceived creative strategies to complete a series of ambitious editing exercises. Critiques of individual results, as well as written and oral analysis will foster creative inquiry to compliment the instrumental course content. Prerequisites: CNPH22400 or CNPH22100. 4 credits.
