An overview of the skills necessary for career planning. The course begins with looking at transferable skills and personality types for different jobs. All aspects of the job search are discussed with strong emphasis on resumes, cover letters, and interviewing. Other topics communicated are related to success after the job has been secured: conflict management, business etiquette, teamwork, image, and networking. The goal of this course is to provide a strong background for goal attainment and future success in the business environment. Prerequisites: BINT 10100 or MGMT 11100. 1 credit. (F-S, Y)
