Participants will determine topics in middle and high school language arts education that will be the focus of the course, doing in-depth readings as part of planning changes in their instruction and assessment during the second year of teaching in the M.Ed. program. Professional portfolio planning and development will be a prominent consideration in the course. Alternates every other summer.
