Digital art using the Macintosh computer laboratory. Students will develop expertise in Adobe CS 4, with an emphasis on the integration of Photoshop, Illustrator, Raw and Bridge, combined with scanning and printing applications for print and web media. Students will design a variety of projects demonstrating acquisition of professional level skills. This course serves as a foundation for design and art education majors, and is applicable to communication major and other disciplines. 4 hours studio, one semester; 3 credits. Offered spring or on application.
