Leadership Advantage I Leadership Advantage (LEAD) is a comprehensive program designed to develop the leadership skills and personal attributes that will accelerate your post-MBA career. It gives you the opportunity to participate in a leadership development program normally reserved for more senior managers. LEAD spans both years of your MBA program and includes three components. 1) Ongoing assessment and feedback on critical leadership competencies 2) Action planning and development activities designed to help you further develop these competencies, and 3) Individualized coaching designed to support and guide your development
