You will learn to take an inside/out approach, beginning with basic concepts of breath, movement and body awareness. Experience some simple yet powerful tools to add to your self-care toolkit, and receive an illustrated guide to help you really make them your own. Together we will explore ways to bring these tools into your busy life to reduce anxiety, increase clarity and relieve physical tension.
