Nonprofit organizations are primarily dependent on volunteer involvement in accomplishing their missions and objectives. Many organizations have recently noticed that today’s volunteers are significantly different from those of other generations. There are a variety of factors that contribute to successful management of volunteers, including understanding demographic factors, motivating factors, and competencies.
