The history, development, and science of the modern Frisbee will be presented. Basic Frisbee skills will be taught, including throws and catches. Students will learn the rules, etiquette and field set-up, as well as engage in ultimate Frisbee with classmates. The lifetime sport of Frisbee Golf will be also be learned and played.
