This creative writing course explores long poems and poetic sequences by reading and analyzing examples, then using those models to create our own poems. Through workshop and revision, students will write either a long poem or sequence of shorter poems. Prerequisite: Any 200-level creative writing course (ENGL 201, 202, 204, 205, or 206).
