This course will introduce the student to the clinical world of mental health. Psychopathology and the DSM-IV-R are studied. Among the topics are depression, anxiety, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Case studies are integrated into the material along with social work principles. Prerequisites: SWK 200 and PSYC 420.
