Parasitic protozoa, flatworms, roundworms, and arthropods of medical importance, with emphasis on recogntion and identification of human parasites. Three one-hour lectures and one 3-hour laboratory per week. For biology majors and minors, majors in biology teacher education, students in pre-professional programs, and advanced students in the health professions. Prerequisites: BIO 124 and BIO 125.
