This 3 hour laboratory course is designed to teach the fundamentals of evidence collection at a crime scene and processing of collected evidence. Blood spatter, fingerprinting, DNA analysis, fiber analysis, and tool markings are among the topics to be presented. Course is presented as a laboratory capstone requiring application of forensics track coursework in an integrated fashion. Prerequisites: Bio 321, Chem 112, Chem 113, CJ 152, CJ 236, CJ 303 and CJ 482.
