An introduction to the most common statistical tools, assumptions and techniques used in experimental research in psychology, including descriptive statistics, probability, inference and basic intermediate procedures for hypothesis testing. This course provides the necessary foundation for PSY 299. Prerequisite: Successful completion of PSY 110 with a C or better. Students must achieve a score of 21 or above on the Mathematics Placement exam. Fall
