Description:
Taught at HVCC for ATE program only. This course will provide a basic background in Electronics. Topics covered include: semiconductor materials, static and dynamic characteristics of diodes and transistors, D.C. bias and bias stability, concepts of amplification and troubleshooting. Upon completion of the course, students should understand the basic principles of electronic circuits, be able to demonstrate electronic circuit design and analysis, and demonstrate an ability to use computer simulations of electronic circuits using electronic workbench software.
