Lecture 2 hours; 2 credits. Practicum of 45 hours required. Prerequisites: SPED 400/500 and 402/502 and passing scores on PRAXIS 1 or equivalent. This course provides variable hours of direct participation in a community or educational setting with individuals with special needs. The course includes specific skills of program planning, implementation, evaluation and classroom management.
