Description:

Upon successful completion of the 45-hour LPN to RN Transition Course, Licensed Practical Nurses will receive 14 credits toward completion of the Associate Degree. The course will cover role transition, the nursing process, assessment, clinical decision making, nursing interventions,and teaching/learning. The course updates and enhances nursing knowledge.
