"Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there" - Will Rogers Learn how to work with your staff to identify necessary skills and resources to support their career goals as well as the needs of the organization/business. This workshop will review the steps to developing a professional development plan including assessing both the staff and the organization, developing opportunities for growth, as well as recording and interviewing progress. This workshop will provide an interactive experience as professional development planning tools, tips, and resources will be put into action.
