This course will examine emerging knowledge management processes used in organizations to support and achieve their strategic goals and objectives to support and achieve their strategic goals and objectives. Key concepts of database and interface design principles used to implement knowledge management and dissemination will be explored using multidisciplinary examples. Topics include techniques and skills in data modeling, database architecture and design, application development and knowledge management systems implementation.
