This course satisfies the Professional Skills Requirement Students enrolled in this course must enroll concurrently in the Mediation Clinic (LAW-993). The course addresses common issues faced in mediation settings. The focus will be on negotiation techniques and skills. Mediation in the context of family law cases and landlord-tenant law will be stressed. Students receive a letter grade in this course based on performance on a series of written assignments, exercises and short essay tests. Students register through the Clinic.
