This course is an introduction to Einstein¿s Theory of General Relativity. The special theory of relativity is reviewed, tensor analysis is introduced, and the general theory is approached through an examination of curved spacetime and geodesic trajectories. Applications including black holes and cosmology are explored. Pre-req: PHYS 261, MATH 355
