This course is directed at complex decision-making, requiring recognition and integration of legal, ethical and professional considerations in managing the socially responsible organization. It provides an overview of the relationship of the business organization to the legal system, including various modes of dispute resolution. In addition, the course addresses areas of legal risk and responsiblity, encompassing how business is affected by, and interacts with, state and federal laws and regulations.
