This course will examine such topics as solutions, acids and bases kinetics, organic chemistry, polymers, and plastics. In place of the traditional laboratory is a new and innovative program using interactive computer-based simulation experiments. Such computer based activities bring the chemistry lab to life and allow students to choose their own methods in conducting successful experiments. This course can be taken with or without the lab section (4 credits or 3 credits).
